7 Scientific Reasons Morningsex Is The Best sex EVER

The early bird gets the worm! (Yes, that’s a euphemism.) A lot of us are conditioned to consider s*x to be a pre-bed thing — and it can be. But it doesn’t have to be. In fact, there’s lots of reasons to consider getting it on in the morning. Getting frisky in the morning simply makes s*x better. Not only can you take advantage of testosterone levels and morning wood but the endorphins help to ensure that you’ll start the day in a good mood, says Dr. Jess, Astroglide’s resident sexologist. Plus, six more other enticing reasons: 1. It Sets a Positive Tone for the Day. It’s a great way to set the day, starting off on the right foot with your man by immediately getting connected, says dating expert Laurel House. If you’re tired and “not in the mood” in the morning but your man naturally wakes up excited, let him take you from behind. Lay on your side, his arms wrapping around your body to hold you close, as he presses inside you from behind. 2. It Makes You Pretti

REVEALED!!! THE REAL REASON GOODLUCK CONCEDED TO BUHARI.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has spoken of the tensed moments he faced on March 28, 2015 ahead of his decision to concede victory to President Muhammadu Buhari after that year’s presidential election. “I was actually in that valley on March 28, 2015”, he said. Jonathan also narrated  why he relinquished power to Buhari, saying he did not want Nigeria to slide into a theatre of war, with his  fellow county men and woman dying, and many more pouring into other nations in Africa and beyond, as refugees. “I never knew that the human brain had the capacity for such enhanced rapid thinking. One hundred and one things were going through my mind every second. My  country was at the verge of collapse. The tension in the land was abysmally high and palpable, in the months leading to the election. The country became more polarised more than ever before, such that the gap between the North and the South and between Christians and Muslims became quite pronounced”, the former Presiden

PDP HAVE THE LAST LAUGH AS SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS WIKE'S ELECTION

The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike. The court on Wednesday, January, 27, said Wike won the April 11, 2015 governorship election in the State, overriding the judgement of the state's Election Petition Tribunal and the Appeal court, which declared that he should vacate his seat. Wike, who was the People's Democratic Party's (PDP) candidate in the poll, headed to the apex court after the Appeal Court on December 16, 2015, upheld the decision of the tribunal which nullified his victory. A seven-man panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekununanimous arrived at the decision. The Appeal Court had ruled that Wike was not validly elected as governor, having failed to comply with the provisions of the Electoral Act and the electoral guidelines laid down by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

HEALTHY DIET MAY IMPROVE SLEEP QUALITY

A diet low in fiber and high in saturated fat and sugar is associated with lighter, less restorative sleep with more arousals, a new study has found. The researchers suggest that adjusting diet to include more fiber and less saturated fat and sugar may be useful in the management of sleep disorders. "Our message is that a diet high in fiber and low in saturated fat and sugar is associated with better sleep patterns. For a good night's sleep we recommend increasing fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and eating less processed foods. That is a healthy diet in many other ways too particularly in terms of cardiovascular risk, so this is another reason to eat the right things." The researchers did not study the mechanism behind these effects, but Dr St-Onge suggested that it could involve effects on circadian systems. "High carbohydrate intake delays circadian rhythms and reduces melatonin secretion, which would delay sleep onset. Hormones also come into play, as

E - mails; a mail from OLUKWU NWAORISEH006@GMAIL.COM

"Corruption has truly eaten deep into the fabric of this country,  I was perplexed to see a boy of around twenty years who walked up to one staff of a bank and gave him N200 in order to jump the queue. This happened in one of the top most banks the country, whose MDGS hold an exultant position in the country currently."

Which post office do you bank with?

“Yes oh.  They are even saying we will now pay stamp duty on all monies paid into our bank accounts once the amount is over N1, 000.  When you add that to other bank charges, how much is left?” “My friend, it is just N50.” “It is not just N50. Why must I dash government money? Is government now begging for alms? Is it that bad? If I want to give anybody alms, it should be my decision.” “There is a law called Stamp Duties Act. They want to enforce the law.” “So, a bank is now a branch of the Post Office? If anybody posts money into my account, government will force me to buy stamp? And yet we want a cashless society? Very soon, people will stop doing electronic transfers.” “Don’t be stingy. Be a good citizen.” “N50 on every transaction. For people who run active accounts, that could amount to very heavy tax by the end of a month. You know what? I think they should just re-name the banks and call them post offices, since they are now selling stamps.”   “As in?” “As in Zenith P

He made the “threat” during a rally at Wichita, Kansas. According to Donald Trump, Nigerians ad Mexicans have taken all the jobs meant for honest hard working Americans. “To Make America great again, we need to get rid of the Muslims, Mexicans and the Africans, especially the Nigerians. They take all our jobs, jobs meant for honest hard working Americans, and when we don’t give them the jobs, the Muslims blow us up”, Trump said. “We need to get the Africans out. Not the blacks, the Africans. Especially the Nigerians. They’re everywhere. I went for a rally in Alaska and met just one African in the entire state. Where was he from? Nigeria!
